DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Local Delivery

All local orders above the value of SGD 80 are entitled to free delivery within Singapore. For local deliveries below SGD80, a charge of SGD 5.00 is added to your purchase amount. Local deliveries take 3 to 5 working days to reach your required destination. Next Day Delivery available for selected products and a charge of SGD 10.00 is added to your final order.

During peak periods, Eg Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Seasonal Launches, deliveries can take as long as a week.

International Delivery

– For overseas deliveries, please use our shipping calculator at our shopping cart page to calculate the shipping cost. Simply select your country of destination when your order is done and the shipping cost will be calculated for you. Every DHL package is assigned a tracking number with which you can track your order. This number will be emailed to you as we process your shipment. DHL typically takes 3-6 working days to reach most destinations after the order leaves our warehouse. CUSTOMS

Please note that the merchandise and shipping cost does not include any tax or duties levied by your customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more. We will not refund any shipping charges if your orders cannot be cleared and are returned to us by the customs. We will not bear any additional costs incurred related to the return of that package.

If the item is a gift, please indicate in the special instructions field in the order form that the order is a gift. All items are described on the customs clearance consignment note according to product types for example “shirt” or “running shoes”. If it is a gift, it will be marked “Gift,” on the package but the cost of the items is still stated on the form.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS

EXCHANGE instructions for local orders:

• Do take note that iRUN does not practice a refund policy.
• For exchanges in Size, kindly head to our website and look for the Returns & Exchanges tab at the bottom of the page or email us at hello@irunsingapore.com by stating your order number.
• We do not do exchanges/refunds for Inner wear, socks or compression apparel..
• Pls ensure that tags are attached to the apparel/footwear for exchanges.
• During Sales/Special Launches, deliveries may take 4-6 days.

EXCHANGE instructions for overseas orders:

• Thank You For your Purchase.
• For exchanges in Size, kindly head to our website and look for the Returns & Exchanges tab at the bottom of the page or email us at hello@irunsingapore.com by stating your order number.
• We do not do exchanges/refunds for Inner wear, socks or compression apparel..
• The shipping back to us for an exchange will not be borne by us. In the event the item is defective at time of purchase, please email us for more info.
• Shipping fees and taxes borne at the country of delivery are non-refundable.
• Shipping may take between 4-7 days. In the event the delivery will be delayed, we will email you.
