WHAT IS THE IRUN MEMBERSHIP?
It is a membership program that rewards members with every dollar spent, along with a host of special and exclusive privileges and benefits.
HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR?
Bronze tier members enjoy lifetime membership. Silver and Gold tiers have a validity of 1 year. Maintain the minimum spend to avoid having your tier downgraded (see the “Benefits” tab)
I AM A VIP MEMBER, WHAT ARE THE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
Current iRun VIP members have been updated to the SILVER tier. You will be assigned a new member number, however, your email is the main way to identify your account. You may discard the old physical VIP card.
You will receive an email with instructions to activate your membership e-card. If you have any issues logging in, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY TIER?
You may register as a Bronze member anytime and start earning points with every dollar spent at our iRun stores or online.
Spend $500 within 3 months to upgrade to Silver. You will receive an email before the upgrade. You will receive a $20 voucher to be used at our retail stores and your points will reset.
Spend $1000 within 6 months to upgrade to Gold. You will receive an email before the upgrade. You will receive a $50 voucher to be used at our retail stores and your points will reset.
HOW DOES THE TIER DOWNGRADE WORK?
Silver members need to spend min $500 a year (from the date of you become Silver member). If your spending falls below $500, we will send you an email one month before with the amount you need to spend to maintain your tier. Otherwise, your membership will be downgraded to Bronze. You can still enjoy the points accumulated so far and the Bronze member benefits.
Gold members need to spend min $1000 a year. If your spending falls below $1,000, we will send you an email one month before with the amount you need to spend to maintain your tier. Otherwise, your membership will be downgraded to Silver. You can retain the points accumulated so far and the Silver member benefits.
HOW DO I ACCUMULATE POINTS?
You can accumulate points on items purchased at our iRun stores or online. Please show your e-loyalty app to the cashier. For online purchases, use the same email as your membership to log in.
WHAT CAN THE POINTS BE USED FOR?
You may redeem points to offset your next purchase. Please check the “benefits” tab to check your tier points redemption.
CAN MY POINTS BE REDEEMED FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
Unfortunately, points can only be redeemed and utilised in-store in the meantime. Members that live outside Singapore may email us at hello@irunsingapore to enquire about their points redemption process.
WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, points expire after 1 year.
I FORGOT TO PRODUCE MY MEMBER E-CARD PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
Please email us a photo of your receipt, and we will check and manually adjust your points.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE OR POINTS HISTORY?
Easy! Simply log in to the e-loyalty app. You will be able to check on your points balance and purchase history.
I STILL HAVE OLD PHYSICAL RECEIPTS. CAN I USE THEM TO ADD POINTS?
Only physical receipts dated on or before 1st October 2022 will be accepted. Kindly contact the online team at email@example.com to add your missing points.
WHAT PRIVILEGES AM I ENTITLED TO ON MY BIRTHDAY MONTH?
Silver and gold members enjoy double the points during their birthday month., as well as a discount. You can only redeem the discount at our retail stores.
Gold members will receive 1 FREE pair of RUNNING SHOES as a Birthday Gift.
(Value capped at $200. If the shoe's retail price exceeds $200, you may top up the difference at the store. If the value is lower, no cash/credit will be returned for the difference.)

Please click on Forgot Password to have your password reset. If you’ve made online purchases before, you have to use the same email.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL AFTER REACHING THE MINIMUM SPEND
Do check your Junk or Spam folders, especially if you've never received emails from us before and be sure to add us to your safe sender's’ list so our emails can get to you.
