If you wish to exchange/return your online order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and they still have the labels attached within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact our online team first via email or the contact form before visiting our retail stores. We'll check stock availability and reserve your size before your store visit.

 

IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

A defective product is defined as a product that:

(i) is unfit for its intended purposes due to manufacturing or design flaws

(ii) has been damaged in the store prior to purchase

(iii) does not comply with advertising or labelling statements made about the product.

    Please take note of the Returns Terms and Guidelines below:

    • Returns/exchanges are normally processed within 1-3 working days of us receiving your return request.

    • iRun does not offer cash refunds, all returned items will either be exchanged for different size/product or you will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card (valid for one year).

    • Exchanges can only be done once; kindly check the exchanged product for any defects before accepting it.

    • We do not do exchanges/refunds for Inner wear, socks, insoles or compression apparel.

    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

    • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

    • All items must be in original, resaleable condition.

    • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

    • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

    • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

    • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

    • If returned an item from outside Singapore, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. iRUN is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

    • Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from iRUN.
